Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," "Customer," "you") and winph4 (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the winph4 online gaming platform located at https://winph4.cam and all related services, applications, and features (collectively, the "Services").

You may only register one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.

winph4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

1.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using winph4 Services:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of winph4 or its affiliated entities;
• Individuals who have been previously excluded or self-excluded from gaming activities;
• Persons acting on behalf of other individuals or entities;
• Individuals who have had accounts previously closed or suspended by winph4 for Terms violations.

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

2.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other authentication credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. winph4 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify winph4 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. winph4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, whether or not you were aware of such unauthorized use.

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date at all times. You must notify winph4 promptly of any changes to your personal details, including name, address, contact information, or payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or account suspension.

2.3 Account Activity

All transactions and activities conducted through your account are deemed to have been authorized by you. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account credentials. winph4 is not liable for any unauthorized transactions that occur as a result of your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

winph4 accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and other approved payment channels displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your winph4 account balance immediately upon successful processing. winph4 does not charge fees for deposits, however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, depending on the payment method selected. winph4 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. winph4 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing withdrawal requests, winph4 may require identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, and completion of any applicable wagering requirements.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

winph4 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and financial crime prevention standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on suspicious transactions or account activity. Accounts involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activities will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

3.4 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on winph4 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider will convert the funds at their prevailing exchange rate, which may include conversion fees. winph4 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion charges imposed by third parties.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Promotional Offers

winph4 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time the offer is claimed. By accepting a bonus or participating in a promotion, you agree to comply with the applicable terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses and promotional funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before requesting a withdrawal.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe, typically ranging from seven (7) to thirty (30) days depending on the promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the allocated time will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

winph4 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, coordinated betting patterns, exploiting software errors, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.

4.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

winph4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual Players from promotional offers if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the Player has violated promotional terms or engaged in abusive behavior.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Rules

All games available on winph4 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. winph4 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to understand game rules or mechanics.

5.2 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

All Players must engage in fair play at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantages;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or deceptive practices;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with winph4 software;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent restrictions.

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected wagers and payouts will be void. winph4 will investigate all reported malfunctions and, where appropriate, refund affected wagers. winph4 is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or other technical problems beyond our control.

5.4 Random Number Generation and Fairness

6.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

We employ age verification systems and reserve the right to request identification documents to verify Player age. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the winph4 Platform are the exclusive property of winph4 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use winph4 Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any winph4 content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of winph4 intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

winph4 strives to provide continuous and uninterrupted Services, however, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. winph4 is not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, winph4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of winph4 shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8.3 No Warranty

winph4 Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of winph4 Services.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your winph4 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following completion of identity verification and subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by winph4

winph4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of our Services. Upon termination, you forfeit any rights to access your account and any funds or bonuses remaining therein.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

If you have a complaint regarding winph4 Services, you must first contact our Customer Support team to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the complaint cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter through our formal dispute resolution process.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendments

winph4 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of winph4 Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from winph4. winph4 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction.
